Here’s my crash course presentation on planning and zoning. This is maybe a little broad though so I’d be happy to have staff create a shorter document with some key information that would be helpful when you are all considering decisions up at the dais. It could be something that your colleagues could benefit from too!

I’m also always able and willing to set time aside to talk about planning and zoning issues independent from any specific application at your availability. I really do appreciate your work to get better at this somewhat arcane but critical aspect of city business.
