The only addition is the exemption at the auto repair shops and car dealerships. The tow companies asked us for clarification on this and continue to ask for clarification on this specific item. The rest was proposed last year. We will be providing the copy of all the agenda items to the tow companies.

I believe that the towing vendors have a copy of the ordinance draft. It is largely unchanged from last year when the Commission had deferred action but I’m copying Phil and the Major to confirm.

Please find the attached draft of the towing and immobilization ordinance that will be discussed at the April 16^th meeting. I believe GPD has met with Commissioners individually but I wanted to make sure you all had a copy of the draft.
