My name is Kenny Stephen, and I am a second-year student majoring in Sustainability and the Built Environment (SBE) at the University of Florida. I was referred by Marion J Radson, who suggested that you would be a great participant for my research.

The purpose of this study is to understand the impact of Kennedy Homes on the residents of the Gainesville community. If you choose to participate, you will be interviewed to share your perspective on Kennedy Homes. The interview will take approximately 30–45 minutes and will be conducted via Zoom. This research is part of a project within the University of Florida’s Department of Urban and Regional Planning.

An informed consent document detailing your rights as a participant is attached.
