Hello,

I’m writing to share that I will be transitioning out of my role as Chief Operating Officer at GRACE Marketplace, with my last day on Friday, December 5. I have accepted a new opportunity in operations management and logistics in the private sector, and while I am looking forward to this next step, it is certainly bittersweet to leave work that has meant so much to me.

My time at GRACE has been one of the most meaningful chapters of my career. Over nearly five years, my team and I have had the privilege of working alongside many of you to strengthen programs, improve safety, and make our campus more welcoming for the people we serve. I’m deeply grateful for the collaboration, partnership, and support you’ve extended—not only to me personally, but to GRACE as an organization.

I’m also pleased to share that Matthew Zovak will be moving into a Director of Campus Operations role and will serve as the primary point of contact for most campus operations and shelter-related matters going forward. I will be working closely with Matt and the leadership team over the coming weeks to support a smooth transition.

Although I am stepping into a new role, I will continue to call Gainesville home and remain involved in our community. I will also continue serving on the Board of Directors for Family Promise of Gainesville as we work toward opening the Promise Center family shelter.

Thank you again for the opportunity to collaborate with you over the years. It has truly been an honor.
