Good morning Commissioner,

You are welcome and thank you for the kind words. KACB and I are always up for helping our community in any way possible. Not only does our work help the environment but it also helps our fellow neighbors well being, both physically and mentally. We appreciate our partnerships with like minded agencies, such as the ones on this thread so we can collaborate and help fulfill the needs of each neighborhood.

Thank you again for sending this graphic used in the past. I have used some of the suggested material to update the shared draft flyer. Please take a look at the attached file when you can. My hope is to have this and event information copy finalized by next week so it can be printed and shared with you, Ms. Strawder and GFR for its distribution.

Mike from City Public Works also shared that Pine ridges HOA has approved the placement of a roll-off container within the community. Woo-hoo!

Ed, let's also connect on Friday at 2PM to cover those possible tabling non-profit partners.

My thanks to everyone for their time,

Exec Dir Gonzalez, Carlos,

Thanks so much for coordinating meeting today & taking the lead on logistics to make this neighborhood clean up & support services for residents in the area a reality. Really value KACB's role in our community.

The event logo is looking good. Here is what was created / collaborate previously & should be in KACB & Chamber of Commerce files.

I recommend branding/logo as #GNVPineRidgeRefresh - consistent with previous efforts but importantly, easily able to recruit & search for the event. Once a rough flyer is created/approved, I will do some walking in the area with whoever would like to join to recruit volunteers &/or block captains. Lastly, I will be sending a letter to all PineRidge owners with the event flyer inviting them to join in any way possible.

If you'd like to discuss non-profit partners for tabling & support services, I am available Friday afternoon between 2-4p, this weekend at various times, & late afternoon on Tues, 6/10 amongst other times. Or call on the fly & we will see if we connect.

Appreciate you & all the partners on this email & who attended the meet...

Ed
