Hi Andrea,

I really appreciate all the effort you’re putting into making this happen—I know how complicated scheduling can be, and I’m very grateful for your help. 

Since the Commissioner isn’t available on March 26, would you be able to coordinate a time with Andrew Persons, Dan Zhu, and the Commissioner and let me know? I’ll do my best to rearrange my schedule to be there whenever they can meet.

Also, are you able to check on May 18th for the Climate Assembly program. I know the Commissioner needed to confirm with her pastor, and I just want to make sure that’s settled as we move forward with planning.

I know this isn’t easy, and I truly appreciate you keeping things moving. Thanks again for all you do—I look forward to your thoughts.

We are again asking your assistance with scheduling for Commissioner Duncan-Walker.

 

You saw this note from Dr. Dan:

 

"Hi Ellen,

With UF’s spring break next week, Andrew is out of the office started yesterday. Additionally, I’m unable to meet with the commissioner without either him or the City Manager present. I’d suggest postponing our March 19 meeting to after next week. Apologies for any inconvenience!"

 

Is the Commissioner able to meet on March 26 at 2 PM in your offices?

 

Andrew, are you available?
