Good morning ladies. 

I am writing to see if I can have a joint meeting with the two of you, at your earliest convenience, to discuss PRCA possible collaboration on the acquisition of a property to house the Center for Commerce, Education, and Culture (C-CEC) initiative for the east side of Gainesville.  This is a multi-faceted mixed use economic development project, a portion of which we believe fit within the Wild Spaces & Public Places (WSPP) funding criteria just as the Senior Citizens 5701 Building on 34th Street did and/or because of how the CCEC grounds grounds are to be used. The difference is that it will also offer the community more than social/recreation activities and help minimize some of the disparities experienced by our neighbors on the east side.

I look forward to hearing from you and hope that we can talk soon.
