Mandatory Citywide Diversity Compliance Training Due Dec. 31

The Office of Equity & Inclusion (OEI) launched its mandatory 2024 Diversity Compliance Training in November for all City employees, including part-time, seasonal and temporary employees. Training must be completed by all employees by Dec. 31, 2024.

The training has a course for supervisors and non-supervisors.

• Preventing Harassment and Discrimination: Non-supervisors (Approx. 2 hours)
• Preventing Harassment and Discrimination: Supervisors (Approx. 3 hours)

Every employee has received an individualized link to the training portal via email.

The subject line reads: City of Gainesville has assigned you to training on November 26, 2024.
