Greetings!
We are writing on behalf of Helping Hands Clinic to ask for your help once again. We thought this to be an appropriate time to let you know about our annual Holiday Donation Match Challenge. We will still continue to be our patients' primary source for health care. Due to last year’s drive, we were able to provide 1,682 visits through our various medical clinics and programs. In addition, we had many additional needy people come to our Monday meals and needed items closet, and 664 visits to our Women’s Health & Empowerment Program. The women’s program continued to offer a nutritious meal, clothing, showers, hygiene products, education programs, and support groups in a safe and supportive environment. This year saw many volunteers joining our efforts. The monetary value of the volunteers was still estimated at well over a half million dollars: $637,738. We are extremely grateful for both the dedication of our volunteers and the financial support we have received from many like you.
We are pleased to announce that once again we have been provided with the support to offer our annual Donation Match Challenge. Our volunteer donor and "Uncle Ike Family" has pledged to match your donation (The amount will be determined depending on the level of response to this challenge. So please give as much as you can.) donated to the clinic by December 31st. These funds will be used by the clinic to support all aspects of program operations. Donations by check can be made to the Helping Hands Clinic and mailed to us at: Helping Hands Clinic 2603 NW 13th St #306 Gainesville, FL 32609 Donations can also be made through the option on our web site: www.hhclinicgnv.org.
