Dear GPD Chief Moya:
Re: the above-referenced matter, please see Kathy Steidley's reply below, o/b/o of GFR, re: my request for copies of video footage pertaining to Case Report # is: 02-24-013501, as it relates to the submission of said video footage, as per reply from Todd Williams, o/b/o of USS, in his reply, which is also included below.
Ms. Steidley indicates in her reply below (please see emphasis therein that was added by me) that GFR does not have the subject video footage and directed me to the GPD to obtain copies thereof, which explains the purpose of this inquiry with you and Chief Inspector Kurnick.
Please note that the subject video footage is for fire alarm incidents in USS on 9/07/2024, 9/12/2024, and 9/16/2024, the latter of which date involved two separate incidents, but like GFR, the ACSO, o/b/o the FARU, does not have copies of said video footage, either, which, by a process of elimination, leaves the GPD as the only remaining possible custodian thereof.
Hoping to be of some help in responding to my request for copies of the subject video footage, I am also including Chief Inspector Kurnick as a direct recipient of this e-mail.
At your earliest convenience, a response from either of the two of you or your respective designees with the requested copies of the video footage will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Sincerely,
Marc Wilson 201 SE 2nd Ave STE 414 Gainesville FL 32601-5810 (352) 327-1711
