Celebrate Tolerance and Diversity of our Service Failures and pay 25% more for the Special Privilege of our Service Failures! Yay!"

Please provide a list of the year, make, and model of Computers that are allowed to access you new "Online Missed Collection Report Form"

"Online Missed Collection Report Form" is blank. Maybe my computer is not new enough for your updated change of service. You have changed this procedure recently after more than 20 years of the previous policy being effective.

I won't report any more missed pick-ups. The trash and recycling can just sit out there for another week.

On the City of Gainesville website we provide an option to report a missed collection.

 

Use the online form below to report a missed collection for residential garbage, recycling, yard waste, bulk item and/or appliances.

·       Check the Holiday Collection Schedule.

·       To speak with our Customer Service Support Team, please call 352-334-2330.

·       Please only report missed collections after 7 PM on your regular service day.

I can't contact the Solid Waste Department via email? Why do I have to do 2 different contacts in order to report missed pick-ups? If the pick up is missed and I want to report it tonight, then phone is the only option? And then I'm supposed to leave a voice mail with no paper trail? Is there even a voice mail option at that phone number? And now the cost for this "service" is being increased by 25%?

Regular Wednesday Pick-up was missed for both Trash and Recycling today for the entire 1800 Block of NW 2nd Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32603.

Pickup was also missed for both Trash and Recycling for 1 apartment complex on the eastside of the 1800 Block of NW 3rd Avenue.

Please pick up both Trash and Recycling for the 1800 Block of NW 2nd Avenue and NW 3rd Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32603 on Thursday.
