Voting Requirement -

 

Whether participating at the in-person quorum in the John R. “Jack” Durrance Auditorium or remotely via communication media technology (such as Zoom), all voting members (Mayor and six Gainesville City Commissioners and all five Alachua County Board of County Commissioners) participating in the meeting must vote.  No abstentions are permitted.   The only exception to the voting requirement would be due to a member’s declaration of conflict of interest.  A conflict of Interest form is attached that explains conditions and process for the conflict of interest declaration and filing of the form.
