Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:
(a)
first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, during the period that begins on May 20, 2024 and runs though and includes August 31, 2024 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then
(b)
after registering but no later than August 31, 2024, book a Qualified Stay that meets the applicable length of stay minimum described below at a Participating Hotel on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay by September 3, 2024 (the requirements set forth in this clause (b), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).

The number of Wyndham Rewards bonus points a Registered Member can earn in connection with this Offer depends on length of stay and whether or not they are a primary Wyndham Rewards Visa Cardmember (a “Primary Cardmember”). Subject to all Offer Terms, including, without limitation, those relating to the bonus point award maximums described below:
•
stays of two (2) consecutive nights receive 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points;
•
stays of three (3) consecutive nights receive 12,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points; and
•
stays of four (4) or more consecutive nights receive 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points.
Each of the bonus point awards described above (as the same may be reduced to accommodate the maximums described below) will hereinafter occassionally be referred to as a “Promotion Bonus”. Registered Members who are also Primary Cardmembers and satisfy the Booking & Stay Requirements for one or more stays will earn an additional 5,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points after completion of their first such stay to earn a Promotion Bonus (an “Additional Bonus”). There is a limit of one (1) Additional Bonus per Primary Cardmember regardless of how many nights they consume in accordance with the Booking & Stay requirements.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Offer Terms, each Registered Member who is not a Primary Cardmember may earn a maximum of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points, and each Registered Member who is a Primary Cardmember may earn a maximum of 20,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points pursuant to this Offer, regardless of how many stays or nights such Member consumes in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements. This means that if a Registered Member completes more than one stay in accordance with the Booking & Stay requirements, the Promotion Bonus associated with the second stay will be an amount equal to 15,000 less the applicable number of bonus points set forth for the first stay pursuant to the chart above, and no bonus points will be awardable for any stays subsequent to the second stay. If such Registered Member had been a Primary Cardmember, they would receive both 7500 point Promotion Bonuses plus the Additional Bonus of 5,000 bonus points (for a total of 20,000 bonus points); and
•
a non-Primary Cardmember Registered Member who consumes a 3 night stay, followed by a separate 4 night stay, in each case, in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, would receive a 12,500 point Promotion Bonus for the first stay, but only a 2,500 Point Promotion Bonus for the second stay (15,000 less 12,500 (the number of bonus points earned for the first stay) = 2,500), resulting in a total of 15,000 bonus points. If such Registered Member had been a Primary Cardmember, they would receive both the 12,500 point Promotion Bonus and the 2,500 point Promotion Bonus, plus the Additional Bonus of 5,000 bonus points (for a total of 20,000 bonus points); and
•
This Offer will only apply for up to two (2) separate stays completed in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements per Registered Member.
Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or free or discounted nights obtained with points; see the Program Termsfor more information about Qualified Stays. The bonus points will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before May 20, 2024 and/or (c) ends after September 3, 2024, will not be counted towards this Offer.
