Mirabella Apartments, formerly known as Cazabella, have long been an iconic Gainesville landmark.  They now contain a fresh exterior with a renovated community clubhouse, swimming pool area with cabanas and a large TV wall for movie and sport nights, an outdoor gas grilling station, a dog park, a relaxing gazebo area for outdoor dining with a fire pit and numerous entertainment areas and work stations. Mirabella is just west of the University of Florida, just north of Butler Plaza and just south of the new Publix on University at 34th.  It is immediately across 34th Street from the famous Graffiti Wall.

Tuesday June 11th at 10:30 am we will be hosting a Grand Re-Opening event at our brand-new clubhouse with resort style pool and designer furnishings.  We cannot wait to show you around the community so you can see all the enhancements we have made.

Join us for a delicious brunch catered by Upper Crust, Gainesville’s locally owned artisan bakery.  We will be serving freshly brewed Foxtail Coffee to boost your day. It's a fantastic opportunity to connect with fellow members of the Gainesville business community, enjoy great food, and experience the renewed charm of Mirabella Apartments.
