2. DATA CENTER MERLIN & EDGED |
Located in Madrid, this glass box emerges as one of the main data centers promoted by Merlin Properties in Spain, in partnership with Edged. Its significant energy consumption is partially mitigated by the installation of an innovative photovoltaic ventilated façade covering 3.604 m2. The integration of laminated photovoltaic glass into the building's envelope not only enhances its aesthetic value but also provides tangible benefits in terms of improved thermal and acoustic insulation, on-site clean energy production, and a consequential reduction in net greenhouse gas emissions. |

3. DATA CENTER MERLIN & EDGED |
This data center, located in Barcelona, has been promoted by Merlin and Edge as well, companies well known for building data centers to the highest standards of quality and environmental respect. The building is covered with a ventilated façade cladding made from photovoltaic glass. The glass envelope consists of 1.834 active laminated PV glass units, each with a nominal power of 295 Wp. |

This innovative STEM Center has enhanced its facilities with a cutting-edge photovoltaic curtain wall and skylight made with our PV glass. The newly designed building adheres to strict energy-efficiency standards, including on-site energy generation. The photovoltaic glass, crafted from crystalline silicon cells, features a 16 mm argon spacer and a low-e coating to optimize thermal performance. The layout and cell density were completely customized to achieve the desired balance between shade, nominal power, visible light transmittance, and solar heat gain coefficient. |

The Naturgy headquarters in Spain features a design that includes a state-of-the-art photovoltaic sunshade system made of crystalline silicon PV glass with customized cell density, achieving a nominal power of 14 Watt/Sqf. The PV sunshades are mounted horizontally over a second-skin façade and face south. They provide essential sun control by reducing heat gain and glare inside the building, while also producing clean, free energy. This contributes to the building's energy efficiency and sustainability, helping it achieve LEED Gold certification. |

7. AVYNA INDUSTRIAL BUILDING |
We successfully completed a 2.991 m2 project for the new industrial facility of AVYNA Cosmetics in Mexico. The PV glass used in the design was fully customized to meet the client's objectives. The PV glass installed in this skylight allows a large amount of natural light to enter, enabling AVYNA to avoid using artificial lighting during the day. Additionally, the selected glass filters a significant portion of the heat and harmful radiation, while also allowing AVYNA to generate a substantial amount of renewable energy on-site. |

8. THE CITY OF ARTS AND SCIENCES |
The City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia has installed more than 6.001 m2 of photovoltaic walkable pavement on the cantilevers of the Science Museum. This flooring, made up of crystalline silicon cells, generates a significant portion of the electricity required by the building’s facilities. This cultural and architectural complex has become the most important and modern tourist destination in Valencia, and one of the main treasures of Spain. It was designed by Santiago Calatrava and Félix Candela. |

NEW JERSEY | UNITED STATES |
This 2.500 m2 photovoltaic skylight was installed at the headquarters of Novartis, which was inaugurated 10 years ago. Since then, it has been producing about 280.000 kWp annually and serves as a great example of reliability and robustness. The project comprises 820 photovoltaic glass units. The PV glass was manufactured using perforated crystalline silicon solar cells, allowing natural light to enter the building. |
