2Earn up to 15,000 Wyndham Rewards Bonus Points Terms & Conditions:
Capitalized terms used without definition in these offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Wyndham Rewards program terms and conditions, available at www.WyndhamHotels.com/wyndham-rewards/terms (the “Program Terms”). To qualify for this Wyndham Rewards bonus points offer (“Offer”), a Wyndham Rewards Member must:
(a)
first register for the Offer by completing the registration process on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.com or any of the official brand websites of any participating Hotel Chain, or through the “My Promotions” section of his/her/their Wyndham Rewards Member account on wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards or the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App, in each case, between February 28, 2024 and May 9, 2024 (any Member who registers in accordance with the foregoing requirements will occasionally be referred to in these Offer Terms as a “Registered Member”); then
(b)
after registering but no later than May 9, 2024, book (i) a Qualified Stay of two (2) consecutive nights or (ii) two (2) Qualified Stays of one (1) night each on any Direct Booking Channel (as defined below), and complete such stay no later than May 13, 2024 (the requirements set forth in this clause (b), collectively, the “Booking & Stay Requirements”).
For purposes of these Offer Terms, “Direct Booking Channel” means:
the official toll free reservation number of Wyndham Rewards or any of the Hotel Chains;
(iii)
onsite at a participating hotel, directly with such property; or
(iv)
on the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App.
For every two (2) nights booked and completed in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements (which nights may be consecutive or nonconsecutive), a Member will earn 7,500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points, up to a maximum of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points (the “Bonus”). For clarity, there is a limit of two (2) Bonuses per Member regardless of how many nights a Member consumes in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements. For example, and without limiting any term or condition of these Offer Terms, a Registered Member who books and completes five (5) separate one (1) night stays in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements would earn two (2) Bonuses, for a total of 15,000 Wyndham Rewards bonus points, and a Registered Member who books and completes a one night stay, and a separate two night stay, in each case, in accordance with the Booking & Stay Requirements, would earn one (1) Bonus, for a total of 7500 Wyndham Rewards bonus points.
Qualified Stays are subject to certain restrictions and do not include third party online bookings or Go Free/Go Fast award nights; see the Program Termsfor more information about Qualified Stays. The bonus points will usually be posted to an eligible Member’s Member account within two to four weeks following the completion of the applicable stay. For clarity, any stay that (a) is booked or consumed (in whole or in part) prior to registration for this Offer, (b) begins before February 28, 2024 and/or (c) ends after May 13, 2024, will not be counted towards this Offer. Members who have elected to earn airline miles in their Member profile will earn base miles in accordance with the Program Terms and the Promotion Bonus and the Additional Bonus in the form of points.
Wyndham Rewards, Inc. may cancel or modify this Offer without notice. Except as specifically modified herein, this Offer is subject to full Program Terms in addition to these Offer Terms, and is void where prohibited.
3Spring Mobile Flash Sale Terms & Conditions:
The Mobile Flash Sale - Get 15% or 20% Off our Best Available Rate (“Mobile Flash Sale”) is available at participating hotels in the United States and Canada for certain stays booked on (i) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts App or (ii) the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts mobile websites (i.e., the mobile versions of wyndhamhotels.com/wyndham-rewards, wyndhamhotels.comand the official brand websites of each participating Hotel Chain) between April 25, 2024 and May 6, 2024 and completed by July 31, 2024. As more particularly set forth below, a one (1) night stay at a participating hotel booked and completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will receive 15% off of such hotel’s Best Available Rate (as defined below), and a two (2) or more night stay at a participating hotel booked and completed in accordance with these terms and conditions will receive 20% off of such hotel’s Best Available Rate. “Best Available Rate” is defined as the best, non-qualified, unrestricted, publicly available rate on the brand sites for the hotel, date and accommodation requested.
New bookings only; not applicable to group bookings. Reservations with this rate must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
Savings are discounted from a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, excluding taxes, resort/service fees, incidentals, gratuities, or additional per room, per night charges that may be imposed. To receive 15% off of a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, a stay must be one (1) night. To receive 20% off of a participating hotel’s Best Available Rate, a stay must span two (2) or more consecutive nights (with a single check-in on the first date of such time period and a single check-out on the last date of such time period).
A reservation made for the Mobile Flash Sale must be canceled in accordance with the individual hotel cancelation policy; reservations canceled outside of the specified cancelation policy as well as no-shows, will be charged, at minimum, first night plus tax; contact hotel directly for any other charges that it may impose for such cancelations and no-shows.
Blackout dates, room type exclusions and other restrictions may apply and vary by individual hotel. Offer availability limited to participating hotels in the United States and Canada and is subject to availability at such hotels. It is possible that the Mobile Flash Sale will not be available at certain hotels on all applicable dates. For the avoidance of doubt, any modification made to a reservation for the Mobile Flash Sale may result in an ineligibility to receive the Mobile Flash Sale discount.
