Hi Cintya,
I looped back with Commissioner Duncan-Walker and to clarify, the request is to follow-up with the team who coordinated the “Empowering Communities through the Arts” event with Marshall Davis back in January. The Commissioner met with them on February 2nd and this is a follow-up to that meeting. The attendees were John, Roxy and Leslie and Andrew of course was on the invite. The Commissioner would also like Carol Velasques to be a part of this follow-up meeting. Commissioner Duncan-Walker is happy provide additional information, if needed.
Additional availability: Tuesday, May 8th – 1:30 -5 p.m. Wednesday, May 9th 1-5 p.m.

Hi Jertoyia, The only date that Andrew is available is on Wednesday 04/24/24 from 1:30-2:30pm. I spoke with Roxy and she is on an interview panel all afternoon on the 24th however, Leslie is available to attend.
