Dear Ms. Brown,

 

On behalf of the MTPO, thank you so much for including the Board in your correspondence with Mr. Koons. As Board Chair I await the formal response to your March 14 Corrective Actions Letter to Mr. Koons, for my signature. We, the Board requested a formal letter be drafted responding to the concerns raised in your correspondence, at our April 1 Meeting of the MTPO. I have yet to receive the formal response addressing the concerns raised by you and the FDOT.

 

Scott/Mike please move as quickly as possible in addressing the  outstanding emails listed below from Ms. Brown that have not been addressed and please copy the MTPO as you respond to Ms. Brown’s request.

 

Ms. Brown please know that we the Members of the MTPO, respect you and the work of your office and we stand ready to work with staff to address the issues raised.
