I have two essays due for the university this week so forgive any typos or confusion. Please email me if anyone has any questions as I am sharing my experience of dealing with the police in our town and left out a ton of details but gave a rough timeline.

This is a field complaint as described in GPD General Orders 26.5 please report to the appropriate chain of command and I will sign whatever documents are needed or requested for the complaint to be forwarded to Internal Affairs.

 Included is a video of myself leaving a field complaint with Chief Lonnie Scott and informing him that the day prior that TP denied my records request and informed me I was going to jail for my speech in an email. This was filmed on location at the gun buyback event hosted across the street from GPD Headquarters at the Church.  Fast Forward to August 29, 2022 and I filed an officer complaint form due to not receiving the public records I requested starting on July 5th, 2022. GPD Policy 26.5 states there is a six month window to investigate officer misconduct. Well I was first contacted in mid january to schedule an interview with LH (Sgt Hayes) on January 22nd, 2023. She did not inform me that Terry Pierce was on work from home duty since December 5th of the year prior. 

To get to the point she said the Chief LS told her "through word of mouth through the chain of command that TP was unavailable for interview" the only documentation for his work from home is an email to/from the personnel office and LS stating he needed the work from home authorization for TP. She never interviewed him or the other violations mentioned in my complaint/Interview. Fast Forward again to February and TP is throwing it in reverse for a photo shoot with LS and other members of the gang as seen on twitter. The recording is after this photo is posted and TP is still on the payroll collecting full compensation with work from home status. 

Is this a murder? yes, a murder of the Bill of Rights which everyone has sworn to uphold and protect. I do not expect anything to happen as I have spoken with her supervisor and will include those recordings in a later email (approximately 2 hours worth.) The meaning of this email isn't so that the foot soldiers can have a good laugh at the expense of an overweight Chief and IA department. They all signed off on the investigation though and knew there was from August 29, 2022 until February 29, 2022 when the 6 month window to complete an investigation closed.

 Also Officer Mones didn't upload hish dash camera footage until one month after the traffic stop and LH gave him the proverbial "No wrongdoings found" during the investigation. Again I have like 10 hours of recording with LH, LS, and Lt Durst.

An added bonus is a phone call with that cuck Alison Novack from the mayors office. I told her the day I was threatened with arrest by TP what occurred and she covered up for him too. I recorded that conversation but the one below is when I contacted her a year later and she pretended to not know until I told her I record everything. Definitely made me chuckle and I believe it would make you chuckle too.

Here is another video of rabid officers speeding through the city on a busy weekend night. My groundbreaking interviews, the likes of which even Tucker Carlson would be jealous of are worthy of a watch. These guys have no supervisors on duty on the weekend and their lack of lights and carefulness while responding to medical emergencies is appalling. yes it was my dash camera and yes I pulled over in front of her because she was up my ass like a groundhog rushing me off the road.
